New Gear, Mics and Outboard!

OK so I feel like I am ten years old again, my dad was always telling me that my pocket money "burned a hole in my pocket!"

Bah! who cares, it's only money and we like toys ! (ermm just try telling that to our bank manager!)

Anyway what do we have, well.......

Another Wagner Mic, the same mic as our other 2 U47's but this time with the K capsule. This mic as you would expect is world class, our 3 wagners are thest all round mics we have in our locker. Be it for vocals, Overheads, Acoustic instruments, etc these mics are simply stunning!

Check the images on this news item, the mic on the left of the comparision pics is the new U47 from Wagner, the left is an original Neumann U47...

We also have ordered, it's not here yet (note to self, give supplier a kick up the rear end!) a vintage UA 1176 blackface Rev B compressor. The defacto standard compressor found in all good studios.
